Alone in the Desert

In the middle of the central-Oregon desert, the White River joins the Deschutes.  The White River originates from the glaciers on Mt. Hood and is one of the few rivers in which you can see the source from the mouth of the river.  Pretty cool.  Peak UK decided to check it out last Sunday with a couple Hood River locals- Heather Herbeck and Christie Glyssmeyer.
